This is the first release From Brent. The Grapes come from Camel Hill Vineyard in the Santa Cruz Mounatins. Specificly, a Eastern facing slope in one of the warmer pockets of the Santa Cruz Mountains. Overlooking Lexington Resivior and Silicon Valley.
Soil Type: Gravely and corse gained sandy clay. Sandstone bedrock.
 
Tasting notes
On the Nose: Juicy red fruit of raspberries, strawberries and candied cherries. Baking spices/cinnamon.
On the Palate: Fresh and gentle. Like eating a handful of cranberries/cherries, chocolate, and some dried herbs. In the finish- fresh acidity and gentle tannin.  
 
Food pairing: Pork chops, light herb seasoning, side of mashed potatoes. Creamier chocolate and red fruit for desert.
